Foreign Affairs
- Applications for foreign countries claiming priority under the Paris Convention based on domestic patent applications, trademark applications and design applications (mainly in U.S.A., Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, China, Korea, Taiwan, R.O.C., and India)
- International patent applications based on domestic patent applications (PCT application)
- Entrance of the international patent applications to the national phase in a variety of countries
- Madrid Protocol application based on domestic trademark registrations or domestic trademark applications
Domestic Affairs
- Applications for Japan claiming priority under the Paris Convention based on foreign patent application (main client from: U.S.A., Germany, Brazil, China and Korea)
- Entrance of the international patent applications to the national phase in Japan
- Trademark applications in Japan from clients in foreign countries
